App Install and Account Questions

Visit our download page on your phone browser, tap the Android or iOS button depending on your device, and the installer file saves in a few seconds. We don't list the app in Google Play or the App Store, so always grab it directly from our site to make sure you're getting the authentic signed build.

Because we distribute the APK directly instead of through Google Play, your phone treats it as an unknown source by default. Go to Settings > Security, toggle 'Unknown sources' or 'Install unknown apps' on for your browser, then return to the installer and tap Install again. This permission just lets you install apps outside the Play Store; it doesn't change any other security setting.

Yes, sign in with the same username and password you already use on our desktop site, and your wallet balance, transaction history, and game favorites sync automatically. Open a slot on your phone during your commute, then pick up where you left off on desktop when you get home without creating a second account.

No, your existing wallet balance appears as soon as you sign in. If you want to add more funds, tap the chip row at the top of any screen and choose Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost or FPX; the deposit clears in under a minute and the new balance shows up instantly.

Open the app, tap the account icon, go to Settings, and toggle 'Biometric login' on. Next time you launch the app it will ask for your fingerprint or face scan instead of your password. Your biometric data stays on your device; we never see the scan, and you can turn the feature off anytime from the same settings screen.

Your account and wallet balance are stored on our servers, not on your phone, so nothing is lost. Install the app on your new device, sign in with your username and password, and everything reappears exactly as you left it. Access depends on local law and the app is available where local law permits. If you're traveling and the app won't load the lobby, your current location may not allow connection to our servers.
